:: Code of Conduct for NTRA Players/Referees

1. Play for the fun of it not just to please others. e.g. your parents and coach.
    
2. Play by the rules and be a good sport. Acknowledge good plays, by your team and also by your opponents.
    
3. Never argue with the officials’ decisions. Let your captain or coach ask any necessary questions.
    
4. Control your temper – no mouthing off, throwing balls or other equipment.
    
5. Work equally hard for yourself and your team- your teams performance will benefit and so will your own.
    
6. Treat all players, as you yourself would like to be treated. Do not interfere with, bully, or take unfair advantage of, any player.
    
7. Remember that the goals of the game are to have fun, improve your skills and feel good.
    
8. Cooperate with your coach, teammates and opponents.
    
9. Abide by all policies determined by the NTRA.
    
10. Work towards achieving your full potential in Touch.
     
11. Abide by both the rules and spirit of the sport.
     
12. Inform your coach and the NTRA of any personal injury or medical condition.
     
13. Behave and dress in a dignified manner when representing the NTRA both on and off the field.
     
14. Acknowledge the NTRA, other Touch organisations and it sponsors as opportunities arise.
     
15. Comply with and support the NTRA Anti-Doping Policy.
     
16. Neither possesses nor use prohibited, nor participate in or condone any other practice prohibited by the NTRA.
